Achieve Precision with Our New 3D Scanner
3D CAD Design & Scanning
Using SolidWorks and advanced 3D scanning, we create precise digital models and reproduce designs with unparalleled accuracy.
3D – Scanning
3D scanning is the process of analyzing a real-world object or environment to collect three-dimensional data of its shape and possibly its appearance. The collected data can then be used to construct digital 3D models. Designing just became a lot easier with our brand-new 3D scanner, giving us 100% accurate sizes and dimensions.
Grinding
Grinding is a precision manufacturing process that involves the removal of material from a workpiece using an abrasive wheel. It is commonly used to achieve high levels of accuracy and surface finishes.

Laser Welding
iLED Manufacturing has recently added Fiber Laser Welding to our list of manufacturing capabilities. Fiber Laser Welding – A welding process that uses a laser beam as the heat source. Very fast welding speed. Up to 120mm/per second with 2-10 times increased welding efficiency when compared to traditional arc welding. The laser beam is highly precise and has a low heat input, which minimizes damage to the material.

PU Gasket:
We finally added Panel Sealing to our list of services. Polyurethane Gasket is a strong and flexible type of seal prepared from Polyurethane (better than rubber seals). PU Gaskets performs well under harsh conditions, prevents leaks, absorbs vibrations and protect sensitive parts. Do you need IP65 / IP55 rated panels? We’ve got you covered.
Epoxy Powder Coating:
Epoxy powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike traditional liquid paint, which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, epoxy powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and cured under heat. This process allows the powder to melt and form a hard, protective layer over the surface. We have standard and custom colors to choose from.
